You can track the progress of your users' balance refund requests directly from the Back Office.

 

Tracking pending requests

 Cashless System > Cashless.fr > Refunds > Approved

 On this platform you have an overview of the requests with each status: 

  • Requested : The end user has registered their request on cashless.fr, you must approve them to set them as "planned".
  • Planned : You have approved these refund requests: the system checks the accuracy of the remaining balance on the cashless tags. The Cashless tags are blocked and unusable, unsynchronized transactions are being recovered.
  • Failed : Paypal only.
  • Confirmed : These requests can be grouped as a file for your bank / Paypal / Payzen.
