At the end of the event, it is important to synchronize the terminals so that all transactions are uploaded to the back office to be viewed.


For this, you must :

  1. Open the menu and click on "Send unsynchronized transactions"
  2. Wait for the end of synchronization
  3. Check that unverified and unsent transactions are at 0

Refreshing the display for non-valid transactions is not automatic. You must exit the application and reopen it to verify that the counter is at 0.


If transactions are not sent to the back office before the Mybee Box is given to the carrier, we will have to wait for our logistician to synchronize the terminals again to obtain your sales data. It can take several days.
