In order not to forget anything for your Mybee Box to be conducted at its best here are some important points : 

  • The configuration must be done before you can start for the event
  • The material is received 4 working days before the event and retrieved 2 working days after
  • Cartons, protective foams and all the material are to be repacked identically for the return
  • Late penalties are applied beyond 2 business days if carrier pickup is unsuccessful
  • Terminals must be synchronized upon reception to retrieve the configuration made on the back office
  • The terminals will have to be loaded before the event
  • Unless stated otherwise we do not provide bank TPEs for cash receipts
