If a terminal fails to print a receipt it is necessary to : 

  • check that there is a roll of thermal paper
  • if the paper comes out but nothing prints, check that the paper is aligned in the correct direction
  • if the paper does not come out check the configuration as shown below
On a V2 Pro On a bluetooth printer
  1. On the terminal, go to PAYINTECH POS
  2. Go to the "settings" menu (notched wheel)
  3. Protocole = Bluetooth
  4. Type = Sunmi V2 Pro
  5. Press the printer on the top left, it should turn green.
